Welcome! I have been helping people with their real estate needs since 2002. My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with you, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through the achievements I have made or awards I have won, but through the satisfaction of my clients. For people who are wanting to sell their house, I have over 40 years of marketing experience to ensure your house is seen by the maximum amount of people to secure the greatest number of buyers. For people wanting to purchase or invest in a home, I make sure you see any new homes as soon as they come to the market as well as homes that are not yet available to the public. My 20+ years as a realtor gives me the experience, negotiating skills and knowledge of the market to help you achieve your goals. I ask questions and listen to your answers. I want to learn your goals so we can work together to achieve them in your desired time frame.
